By using the Usely website (usely.dev) or any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services. We may update these terms from time to time, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Description of services
Usely provides data infrastructure for prediction markets. Our website currently offers an early access signup (waitlist). We have not yet launched our data or API products, when we do, use of those services may be subject to additional terms, acceptable use policies, and pricing.
Use of the website
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data, send spam or malicious content through our forms, scrape or overload the site, or use it in any way that could harm Usely or third parties. We may suspend or block access for violations or at our discretion.
No advice disclaimer
Nothing on this site or provided through Usely constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. We provide data feeds only. We do not recommend or endorse any trade, strategy, or decision. Data is sourced from third parties and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. You use our site and any future services at your own risk and are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. Past performance or data quality does not imply future results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Usely and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claims related to these terms or the site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Usely and its affiliates and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site or services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party rights.
